Mohan has a rich experience in designing and building technology solutions that deliver measurable business impact for customers. Prior to founding Axletree, Mohan developed profitable blue ocean business divisions for several leading industry names.
Under his leadership as the founder president and CEO of Axletree, the company has grown exponentially and is today considered the partner of choice for all financial transactions management with a strong leadership position in data transformation & integration. Mohan’s experience is sought by the industry as a thought leader and Keynote speaker.

Martin Sinozich, 62, is a Senior Lecturer in the Entrepreneurial Management Unit at Harvard Business School, where he has taught in MBA and Executive Education programs for six years.
Martin teaches two courses to MBA students:
1. Field Global Capstone, a required course that applies design thinking, contextual intelligence and teaming/leadership skills to real-world business problems in 15 cities around the world.
2. The Entrepreneurial Manager, a required course that introduces students to the tools, techniques and mindsets critical to starting companies from scratch and to entrepreneurial management in more established companies.
In the Executive Education Owner/President Management (OPM) Program, Martin teaches Finance to CEOs and Managing Partners who own and operate family-owned firms large and small. These students typically have CFOs; his teaching focuses on financial strategy and how to de-mystify the often confusing language and techniques of finance experts and advisors.
Prior to joining the faculty, Martin served as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at HBS for four years, advising Harvard-based startups on all aspects of the journey. In parallel, Martin was Executive Director of Startup Secrets, a not-for-profit organization focused on entrepreneurial education and community building backed by the Boston tech and VC communities.
Martin works with founders and startups as a mentor, advisor and investor. He is active with several early-stage funds as a limited partner, venture partner, mentor, and executive committee member. He has started, operated and sold interests in technology, health and fitness, construction, real estate, hotels, frozen food, and manufacturing. Martin advises buyers and sellers on private-equity transactions in the $100-$500 million range, and he advises private companies in preparing for successful sales.
Before beginning his entrepreneurial journey, Martin worked in large financial institutions (Fidelity Investment, MBNA America Bank, Prudential Home Mortgage) where he led innovation teams integrating new technologies into the corporate DNA. Examples include developing and integrating the first Internet capabilities at MBNA America Bank in ‘95/’96 and developing and integrating the first remote workforce capabilities at Fidelity Investments in ‘98/’99. Martin lives in Providence, Rhode Island with his wife Elena. He has two adult children and is an avid downhill skier and a blue-water sailor. He speaks fluent Italian and French, skills he acquired while growing up in Western Europe as the son of a Foreign Service officer. Martin earned his Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies at the University of Virginia, where he was an Echols Scholar. He is energized by a passion for teaching, learning, and helping others.
Frank, along with Mohan, laid the foundation for Axletree Solutions and has since played a central role in building our credentials as the leading SWIFT Connectivity Solutions provider. Having been instrumental in ensuring SWIFT connectivity for U.S. banks in the aftermath of the 9/11 disaster, he continues to leverage his in-depth domain expertise and a 16-year career with SWIFT to guide Axletree. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronics.

Venkataramani is a technocrat with more than 34 years of experience in project management, quality control, and operations management. He served in the Indian Navy for 25 years, holding various senior management positions. He has also held different management positions in the corporate world. Venkataramani has Master’s Degrees in electronics, telecommunication and business management.
Jeff leads and individually contributes to the Business Development and Relationship Management efforts for Axletree Solutions. The team endeavors to bring new client relationships into Axletree and grow them over time. We accomplish this by fully understanding our clients and matching their needs with solutions offered through our Axletree Ecosystem.
Jeff spent 40 years in banking prior to Axletree where he was active in International Treasury Management Sales. With industry designations of Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and Certified International Cash Manager (Cert ICM), Jeff learned to understand the working capital and cash cycle needs of companies, and how to help them achieve efficiencies by leveraging the latest treasury management technologies. He is also a frequent speaker at Treasury Management events like AFP, Windy City Summit, Detroit AFP, NEOTMA, and various webinars.
Jeff enjoys doing anything outdoors, especially spending time with his wife, children and 7 grandchildren. He is a board member and frequent volunteer of a Christian men’s organization, Edge Venture, where men work together to overcome challenges and strongholds in their lives to have a more consistent spiritual walk with God.
Tanja leads the Project Management Team, working to understand how Axletree can best meet client specific needs and deliver projects to successful completion.
She has almost 40 years of banking experience, including project management, payment operations, domestic and global treasury management sales, as well as product management.
Tanja is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and built her career, working at HSBC, Associated Bank, and ABN Amro.
In her free time, Tanja enjoys escaping into the pages of a good book, traveling to a new place, or exploring fun recipes. She also enjoys spending as much time as she can with her 3 daughters.
With over a decade of diverse experience, Manikandan is a Global Marketing Manager specializing in IT service marketing, brand management, and marketing analytics. He also has a strong background in campaign management, customer engagement, and digital communications.
In his current role, Manikandan drives strategic brand positioning, demand generation, and integrated marketing initiatives for a global fintech leader, enabling the company’s rapid international expansion. He is recognized for his ability to align marketing objectives with business goals and delivering measurable growth
He has successfully led high-impact global campaigns, strengthened brand presence across B2B markets, and introduced marketing analytics frameworks to optimize performance. His expertise extends across digital strategy, event marketing, customer lifecycle campaigns, and channel partner engagement.
Before entering the IT and fintech space, Manikandan built a strong foundation in marketing through leadership roles in retail (Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail, Landmark Group) and media (Radio Mirchi), where he earned multiple national awards, including “Best Marketing Executive – South India” and the India Radio Forum’s “Best Breakfast Show Regional Language” award.
As Director of Complex Sales at Axletree Solutions, Karthik leads strategic initiatives that help organizations modernize and streamline operations through technology.
With prior experience at JPMorgan Chase and Macquarie Bank, he brings over a decade of expertise in aligning digital solutions with real-world business needs.
He is especially passionate about how technology can enhance the way banks and businesses operate. His focus goes beyond automation and efficiency to improving the overall experience for clients and internal teams. He works closely with businesses to design forward-looking solutions that simplify complexity and support long-term transformation.
Outside of work, Karthik is a lifelong music enthusiast and avid gamer. He enjoys spending time in nature, volunteering in his community, and making meaningful memories with friends and family. Whether building strategy or building connections, he brings creativity, curiosity, and a people-first mindset to everything he does.
With over 20 years of experience in cybersecurity and compliance, Jose leads Axletree’s operations in Latin America and directs the company’s global information security strategy.
His expertise covers compliance readiness for SOC 2, ISO 27001 and SWIFT CSP along with security governance, risk assessments, incident response and executive-level security awareness.
Jose holds a bachelor’s degree in systems analysis, CISSP certification, and two SWIFT Specialist credentials. He has also taught Risk Assessment at ORT University in Montevideo, Uruguay. Jose is passionate about building a strong security culture and enjoys playing soccer and tennis.

Rekha is a SWIFT Certified Engineer with over 25 years of IT experience, including a 17-year career in managing Axletree Service Bureau operations. She oversees the management of our SWIFT Certified Engineers, customer support, and technical operations. Under Rekha’s watch, Axletree has gained the reputation of having very secure, reliable and stable operations trusted by all our global clients.
Herbert is a seasoned IT operations leader with a career spanning four decades, delivering results in some of the most demanding technological environments.
From powering ultralow-latency trading systems to designing resilient cloud and on-premise infrastructures, he has steered mission-critical operations across finance, healthcare, and energy sectors.
